Are all your tours in English?
Generally yes. Our language for our tours is English, however we also run tours in French, German and Russian on a regular basis and can arrange private tours in other languages on request.

Do you offer taylor made tours?
Yes we also offer taylor tours. Feel free to send us your tour request or visit our company web page at Slovakia tours.

What is the minimum number of participants?
We don't have a minimum number of participants.

Do you offer group discounts?
We do offer reduced rates groups which depends on the request type. We offer a price difference according to number of participants from 2 and more participants.

When do the tour start?
Departures will be agreed depending on the kind of trip and your time.

What is the pick-up point of the tour?
Pick up from hotels of your choise in Banska Bystrica, Zvolen, Banska Stiavnica, (Bratislava on request) or you specify a meeting point during booking the tour.

When and how can I pay for the day tour?
For all the day tours you pay online in advance by card using our Cardpay service or bank transfer or cash after the tour.

How far in advance should I book my tour?
We suggest that you book your tour at least a couple of days in advance to ensure that you get a space on your preferred tour and date. Anyway our day tours can be booked until 4pm of the prior day.
